★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toujours fermer c'est n'importe quoi il devrait ouvrir le dimanche et fermer le lundi à la place . Des fontionnaires arrogant .Quand tu leur dit je paie 4000$ de taxe par anneé ,ils te disent...nous sommes un organisme a but non lucratif !! quelle joke
 Always close is anything it should open on Sunday and close on Monday instead. Arrogant officials. When you tell them I pay $ 4000 in tax a year, they tell you ... we are a non-profit organization !! what a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas pratique pour les résidents avec un maximum de trois petits voyages par année. En plus l'administration est lourde à chaque visite et la préposée sans aucune empathie. Très déçu. Je mets où mes gros déchets que je n’ai pas pu apporter?
Not practical for residents with a maximum of three short trips per year. In addition the administration is cumbersome at each visit and the attendant without any empathy. Very disappointed. Where do I put my big garbage that I couldn't bring?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu honnêtement puisqu'il y a régulièrement de la petite vitre, ( du verre) en petits morceaux au sol. Résultat: 2 crevaisons en 2020. Les employés devraient nettoyer adéquatement le pavé. Pour le reste, je ne me passerais plus de ce service. Service A-1 malgré tout. Les employés sont vraiment gentil.
Very disappointed honestly since there is regularly small glass, (glass) in small pieces on the ground. Result: 2 punctures in 2020. Employees should properly clean the pavement. For the rest, I would not do without this service. Service A-1 anyway. The employees are really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service.. tu a besoin d'une preuve d'identité avec photo, papier du vehicule, papier du trailer et une bonne histoire prouvant que tes pas un entrepreneur sinon tu paye ou tu dompe pas. Si ton trailer mesure plus que 4 x 8 on te charge deux voyages sur les 3 que tu as par année.. Si tu as le pick up de ton beau frère et le trailer à ton oncle ça fonctionne pas. Sérieusement pour un service que l'on paye avec nos taxes, ils s'arrangent vraiment pour que les gens dompent leurs voyages dans des champs ou à d'autres endroits inapropriés. Ça c'est sans compter les heures d'ouvertures ridicules qui ne favorise en rien monsieur madame tout le monde payeur de taxes.. très déçu pour pas dire en maudit..
Worst service .. you need proof of identity with photo, vehicle paper, trailer paper and a good story proving that you are not an entrepreneur otherwise you pay or you tame. If your trailer measures more than 4 x 8, we charge you two trips out of the 3 you have per year. If you have your brother-in-law's pick up and your uncle's trailer it doesn't work. Seriously for a service that we pay with our taxes, they really arrange for people to tame their trips to fields or other inappropriate places. That is without counting the ridiculous opening hours which does not in any way favor Mr. Madam everyone paying taxes .. very disappointed to put it mildly ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service essentiel pour les résidents, cependant horaire non pratique pour les citoyens qui travail du lundi au vendredi, devrait avoir quelques soir et le dimanche d'ouvert pour servire leurs clients, ainsi leur service serait mieux adapté au besoin des citoyens.
Essential service for residents, however inconvenient schedule for citizens who work Monday to Friday, should have a few evenings and Sundays open to serve their clients, so their service would be better suited to citizens' needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une nécessité pour la ville. Chaque matière dangereuse à une place bien désigné. La section des conteneurs à déchet sec est pas mal fouillis parfois, très compréhensible par la clientèle hétéroclite s'y rendant... moi inclus! Personnel dévoué souvent dépassé par la horde des visiteurs de fin de semaine. Sinon, je suis toujours bien servi.
A necessity for the city. Each hazardous material has a well designated place. The dry waste container section is sometimes quite a mess, very understandable by the motley clientele going there ... me included! Dedicated staff often overwhelmed by the horde of weekend visitors. Otherwise, I am always well served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once we went there with an Richelieu adresse and they confirmed us they accept this address for free, when we went another day they said they don’t accept it and we have to pay 47$. Just some employees who don’t know what they do and for an ordinary trailer, they consider 3 trip, really it’s objective is not help citizens and respect environment but just make money . Inconvenient service.
