★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions appelé à l'avance pour réserver salon et salle de réception. Nous avions choisi la date et l'heure et tout semblait beau.
Comme nous sommes de l'extérieur de la région, nous devions passer finaliser dans quelque jours. Entre temps, ils ont loué la salle de réception à d'autres malgré notre entente.
Trop tard pour changer de date ou d'endroit puisque l'annonce était déjà faite. Ils ont tenté d'affirmer que c'est ce qu'on avait demandé alors que c'est faux, plusieurs témoins et courriel à l'appui.
Si vous voulez afficher des photos, ils fonctionnent avec un projecteur dont la luminosité est insuffisante pour l'éclairage ambiant. Soyez avisés.

We called ahead to reserve the lounge and reception room. We had chosen the date and time and everything seemed fine.
As we are from outside the region, we were due to finalize in a few days. In the meantime, they have rented the reception hall to others despite our agreement.
Too late to change date or place since the announcement was already made. They tried to assert that this was what was asked when it is false, several witnesses and email in support.
If you want to display photos, they work with a projector whose brightness is insufficient for ambient lighting. Be advised.
I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils m'ont mentis quand au crédit prestation de décès. J'ai payer au moin $1,500 de trop pour une simple incineration. Je vous dis ceci pour éviter que vous devenez aussi leur victime. Les vraies règles de la prestation de décès sont: "Si la somme des frais est inférieure à $2,500, la différence peut être attribuée aux héritiers s'ils n'ont pas renoncé à la succession et qu'ils en font la demande."
Les fautes de documents qu'ils ont fait (mauvaise date de deces, mauvaise adresse) retardant tous les processus qui m'ont coûté intérêts et pénalités à chaque mois, les reponses tardives, les documents importants et nécessaires qui n'ont jamais ete poste.
Ils 'ont fait seulement que la moitié des démarches dont je leur ai payé pour. Quand je les ai questionnés sur leur pratiques louches ils ont completement arrete de repondre a mes appels et mes courriels. J'ai ainsi de suite fait une plainte au BBB (Better Business Bureau) et vous y trouverai qu'ils ont été trouvés a défauts car ils ne répondit non plus a l'agence enquête. A Eviter!!!!!!!!!!
They lied to me about the death benefit credit. I overpaid at least $1,500 for a simple cremation. I tell you this to prevent you from becoming their victim too. The real rules of the death benefit are: "If the sum of the expenses is less than $2,500, the difference may be awarded to the heirs if they have not renounced the estate and apply for it."
The document mistakes they made (wrong date of death, wrong address) delaying all the processes that cost me interest and penalties every month, late responses, important and necessary documents that were never mailed .
They only did half of the paperwork I paid them for. When I questioned them about their shady practices they completely stopped answering my calls and emails. I thus immediately made a complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and you will find there that they were found to have defects because they did not respond either to the agency investigation. To avoid!!!!!!!!!!
