Malgré que j’ai dit à Yvan qu’il s’était trompé, il n’a rien voulu faire... c’est irrespectueux pour les endeuillés. Il m’a répondu bête alors qu’il écoutait la game de hockey dans son bureau lors de la réception....
aucun service lors de la réceptionn, les endeuillés devaient s’occuper du vestiaire et de l’accueil. Cerise sur le sunday, l’eau de la distributrice était pleine de saleté...
je vous déconseil fortement cette établissement
 Old, ugly and dirty ... poor service they got the name wrong, the ad, the bookmarks and the nameplate. Although I told Yvan he was wrong, he wouldn't do anything ... it's disrespectful to the bereaved. He replied silly as he listened to the hockey game in his office at the reception ....
no service during the reception, the bereaved had to take care of the cloakroom and reception. Best of all, the water in the vending machine was full of dirt ...
I strongly advise against this establishment
