Lorsque mes sĆurs et moi nous sommes prĂ©sentĂ©es chez Girardot et MĂ©nard Ă la suite du dĂ©cĂšs de notre maman, nous ne savions trop Ă quoi nous attendre. Nous avons alors rencontrĂ© une Ă©quipe hyper-professionnelle, un groupe de femmes (Julie Girardot, la propriĂ©taire et la grande coordonnatrice, Catherine, lâembaumeuse exceptionnelle, Christine qui sâest occupĂ©e de la paperasserie administrative et gouvernementale, Linda, notre point de contact , tellement patiente, pour les signets et toutes sortes de questions et de prĂ©occupations), bref, un groupe de femmes brillantes, compĂ©tentes, Ă lâĂ©coute et complĂštement orientĂ©es Service Ă la clientĂšle. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© supportĂ©es, Ă©coutĂ©es et tellement bien conseillĂ©es. Nous recommandons cette Ă©quipe sans rĂ©serve. Lâendroit est chic, haut de gamme et on nous a mĂȘme informĂ©es que des travaux dâembellissement des salles funĂ©raires Ă©taient prĂ©vus ce qui rendra lâendroit encore plus exceptionnel. FĂ©licitations et merci Ă toute cette belle Ă©quipe!
Our mother had made funeral pre-arrangements almost 20 years ago with Girardot and MĂ©nard. When my sisters and I showed up at Girardot et MĂ©nard's following the death of our mother, we weren't sure what to expect. We then met a hyper-professional team, a group of women (Julie Girardot, the owner and the great coordinator, Catherine, the exceptional embalmer, Christine who took care of the administrative and government paperwork, Linda, our point of contact. contact, so patient, for bookmarks and all kinds of questions and concerns), in short, a group of brilliant, knowledgeable, attentive, fully customer service oriented women. We have been supported, listened to and so well advised. We recommend this team wholeheartedly. The place is chic, upscale, and we have even been informed that there are plans to embellish the funeral rooms which will make the place even more exceptional. Congratulations and thank you to all this great team!
