L	Lillian Ragan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was sent home from a very large complicated cancer surgery with a feeding tube, Tracheotomy, and cleaning of 2 grafts sites. He could have never left the hospital if it was not for Retire at Home. The daily care he got was beyond anything I could have imagined. This was the second time it had had this surgery. The first time he had Alberta Health Services home care. Although it was very good we could have only had them once a day and for 1 hour. This times he needed a lot more care and we received it. Jackie, John and their staff are really quit incredible. Their personal caring manner is beyond anything you would expect. I would highly recommend Retire at Home in a heart beat.

The initial meeting with Jackie and John was fantastic, and they were committed to getting the best fit for me and my current living situation. I have had multiple jobs, with multiple shift changes, and Jackie and Glenna have been able to work very closely with me to make sure that the care that my grandmother receives is the most efficient and effective. It is such a relief to have such amazing people in my home caring for my loved one! They have been such an amazing source of support for me since our first meeting! Thank you so much!

We were able to set up services quickly, kept in touch through emails & phone calls, receive regular updates on how Mom was doing and with 24 hrs notice, could cancel services when us kids would go to visit for a few days & resume as soon as we left. The owner, Jackie, after receiving a report from a caregiver that Mom had a difficult night, decided to send someone over, later that day to double check on her. Thank goodness she did! That decisive action resulted in them calling the EMT's and getting Mom to the hospital quickly. We will be forever grateful. For anybody in a situation where it is not possible to continually care for your parent, this is the only place to go for private care! Their understanding & compassion extends far beyond the client, to include the family as well.Highly recommended!
