U	Usman Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to ask the procedure of changing the business address during pandamic. Got worst customer service ever. Asian lady(sorry didn't get the name) with incomplete information, eager to disconnect.
F	FBIPS Director on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask about business online registrations. I cant fully remember the name of who picked my call but I think it might be a Jennifer. This lady was very rude and unhelpful. Companies office need to educate their staff to be polite on phone. she had no answer for me and rather said I could stick to paper applications. what a shame.
p	p anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through whole renewal process, then session timed out. Got charged 8 times for same amount. Tried again today, same issue. I called to find out why. Their site does not support Google Chrome. Use Fire Fox, MS Edge or Internet Explorer.
V	Victoria Dodge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the same issue as a previous reviewer: Google chrome didn't work for name reservation but I got charged anyway. While this is annoying I called and the lady on the phone was really nice and helpful. They are working on the issue & recommend internet explorer or firefox.
T	True Boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These poor reviews below are not unfounded. I received one of those threatening cancellation letters also and called in and they said to disregard the letter. They are impossible to reach properly and the excuse is that everyone is working from home. I would think that no business registration should be cancelled if their is not enough working staff to facilitate professional services. There are enough staff to cancel you but not to service you.
K	Kelly Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible when some forms can't be completed online with an electronic signature especially when the office is closed. Forms still have to be dropped off at the office and days later they will get back to you if something is missing including outrageous additional fees not shown on the web site for faster service.
M	Marielle Rigaux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling a few times it's Patricia who got things all straightened out for me. No one ever informed me that I was sending in the wrong papers as I did not ever receive these with the Compagnies Office envelope.
E	Eli Karahalios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On May 4th I paid for my name registration. I also paid the extra $60 to expedite the process. They told me I could either have it mailed out to me or alternatively someone would call me to let me know when it is ready. I received no call. On May 16th I call to find out the status of the registration as we are past the expedited date of completion. Patricia claims it’s ready for me. I ask why I wasn’t informed it was ready as they said they would and how I get my $60 back for them failing to meet their deadline. She gave me snotty attitude back. Awful that the city has such arrogant people operating that department.
