★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Just found this place recently and am surprised at all the support services they offer. Their advocates are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We accessed their services for legal advocacy when dealing with a difficult landlord. The advocate set up the hearing conference call on her phone and she gave me tips throughout the session. We won the claim and the landlord had to pay money he owed me. I’m very grateful to this agency and all that they provide.
