★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I learned more from working for CLC (in the 4 years that I worked there) than I have in any post-secondary education I've done. It takes a strong, mindfully-assertive and engaging person to work in this environment. There are many challenges but I found it built my endurance and helped me be a better family man. The management and the staff work together to prioritize the health and well-being of the people being supported.

Higher ups beg for workers to work at first and then threaten with disciplinary action, in situations they helped create by their own sheer will to do things with the least mount of effort for the least amount of cost. It's disgusting how the clients suffer because of it. Don't work here if you can help it.
