Their mission statement is lived out everyday in their interactions with each other and the people they serve. Program managers are supportive and attentive to their team. Would highly recommend working or volunteering there.

I had the absolute pleasure of volunteering at many community events and sharing awareness of services with the public into 2016. Fast forward to Sept 2017 and I came on as casual staff with the Brain Injury Drop-In group. Being a part of that group has helped me to flourish personally as well as being able to provide understanding, relatable, and fun food for thought with our members. Covid stopped our group from meeting regular so we moved on by facilitating through Zoom this past year. I have received genuine care from co-workers who have noted and praised my growth within the organization. Communitas celebrates and treats kindly every individual associated with them. I am currently very much enjoying my new role at Little Sprout Cafe (Communitas's newest enterprise) and continue to thrive while being of support and positivity to all.
