Building is clean and secure .Hard to reach someone

He was patient and friendly answering all of our questions, and gave us all the time we needed to view the apartments in a relaxed fashion. The buildings and area are beautiful and we are excited to move in!

B	Booklover D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. I lived there, management is horrible, they have woman issue, from first moment I met them they had act of I don't want to talk to you, very unapproachable. Anything you need, they try to make hard way. I wouldn't recommend. Washing machines are very dirty and your clothing can ruin coz they don't clean them, so you will have bleach on your clothing.
m	mel zeldin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a/c is frequently “broken”. .This happens every year. tenants suspect that it is NOT broken but turned off during long heat waves so owners can save money. don't rent here. health hazard. seriously. noisy tenants, lots of pot smokers on various floors throughout. Filthy washing machines in laundry room…hair, feces, animal hair. I moved out a while ago, trust me, DON’T live there.

M	Maurissa Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly Managed / Dishonest Business Practices I was looking to rent a parking space from Commonwealth Towers during COVID as they had a fantastic rate relative to the Green P parking adjacent to the property. It is unfortunate, really, how poorly run the operations were, whereby Management would not show up for meetings to transfer documents (just forgot to answer the phone when attempting to buzz into the premise for a scheduled visit), remain unresponsive to emails / phone calls for weeks on end and requested payment and banking details before providing any details of the lease. Management also withdrew money from my account without providing me with a signed contract causing an overdraft in my account and charges to me which they refused to cover. Until a legally binding agreement has been reached, to withdraw money from an account is not technically permitted. It is for these reasons only after a month of parking there, I cancelled my agreement. Dishonest business practices are not the way I wish to engage with people or conduct business. Be aware as you look to live or park in the building and perhaps think about seeking an alternative arrangement; the rate may be cheap, but it is so for a reason.
C	Calder MacLeod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just about a year into my lease at building 40. Superintendent is kind and her husband who does maintenance is really helpful. Service requests are fulfilled quickly and fairly. Concierge is also friendly. Elevators are fast but sometimes go out of order. Laundry is $3-$3.5 per wash and $2.25 per dry. Heating and cooling (a/c) only works for a few months out of the year. Overall the price is decent for the sq. ft. you get and it’s a great location. Can’t go wrong. Just know it’s not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect it to be like one.
