Pire camp de jour ever! Après avoir déménagé de quartier, j'ai dû mettre mes enfants l'an dernier dans ce camp. Un peu plus cher que dans l'est mais soit, le programme avait l'air bon. Pas du tout! Mes filles sont restées enfermées avec leur groupe dans un gymnase tout l'été avec juste une couple de sorties au parc (comptées sur les doigts d'une main pour les 7 semaines) , des animateurs qui n'animent rien, aucune activité éducative. Et ils chargent une fortune pour les retirer en chemin alors que déjà, il n'y a rien d'offert. J'ai regretté mon choix car avant je payais 40$ par semaine dans l'est de Montréal, une sortie par semaine et des activités éducatives dans la journée avec des animateurs sur la coche et impliqués. Bref si vous avez d'autres alternatives, payez plus cher ailleurs ou passez votre chemin.

I had the most HORRIBLE of experiences trying to book my son's birthday here. The process of having to apply was a bit weird, but we tried it. NEVER before have I had to work so hard to book something or give someone money. They promised a response within 5 business days. I called to check up on day 5, and was told by the lady answering the phones that there was no answer. She was immediately unhelpful and combative, I barely got a word in edgewise and I'd like to say on this occasion I was very polite. I figured it was straddling the day so maybe they hadn't started counting until the next day or whatever. I was unhappy with the service, but let it go. Now we're getting to the WORST customer service experience of my life (and I worked in it, I should know) I called 2 days later now we're talking day 7 of a promised 5 day wait (excluding weekend). I have wasted a week of potential party planning and inviting, my window is closing. I call again. The same girl (I didn't get her name, I wish I did) answered. She gave me the same blow off. I wasn't having it. I pressed her (still diplomatic) she got squirrelly and aggressive immediately. Saying that they posted on the website that there were delays and couldn't I read. And no she would not tell me when because there were other people in line. Also that she didn't appreciate my rudeness and how dare I tell her how to do her job. Again I calmly explained that I was not being rude, I was asking a question and how hard is it within 9 days to check on an availability? Then she informed me that she would not do my request sooner "Just because you called a bunch of times". That was it. I demanded to speak to someone else and told her why. She kinda whispered something about them not being there. So I demanded a call back. As of now I have given them 24h to contact me. That has not happened and I had at least 3 other places willing to book my event with no problem. I know this is totally a first world problem, but what a piss off! I would never bother with this place again.
