Now, as far as price is concerned, come prepared and knowledgeable about how much the product you want to buy costs. A less knowledgeable customer than myself would have been taken to the cleaners today. Was almost sold a $159.99 retail product for $249.99 I had to point it out to them as they were unaware how much their products go for. When I pointed out the drastic price variance between their shop and other retailers, I was then offered a lower price, but that still was not in line with the retail price from other stores. At the very least, their mark-up on Magic the Gathering Box items is excessive compared to other retailers. I want to support local, but can't justify it for that kind of price variance.

B	B T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. I purchased a few Pokemon items that are older and got a great price on them. They even through in some stuff just because. I don't really understand the other reviews saying this place is way over priced. It most definitely is NOT over priced. They are actually UNDER market on alot of stuff. The person I dealt with answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. We need more of these kind of shops around. Willing to chat and just hang out like all the old hobby shops used to be. Love it! I'll be back and I'll be bringing lots of business when COVID restrictions lighten up! EDIT: They were also wearing a mask and was sanitizing the glass counters when we came in, I see them following all COVID guidelines. I feel like all of these bad reviews are the same person and should be disregarded.
S	Stephen Nap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and great with kids! Lots of inventory for Pokemon and sports cards. I was so impressed by how patient they were while my kids browsed. It's not often you find that in a collectibles shop! Highly recommend!

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave my son some free pokemon stuff. Prices are very reasonable and I was fortunate to pull a Nickalus/Palmer/Stewart out of 35. Will definitely be back went im in Courtenay again.

I went in today and dealt with Dhin and he was very personable and a pleasure to be around. He was great with the kids and was not afraid to say he didn't know certain things about some of my questions. Honest, clean and quality place to go for hobbies, a nice change of pace for Courtenay.

Owners Paul/Ryan are some of the nicest guys around, and Dinh, who you will likely see when you visit the shop, is out of this world!
