★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible builder. Avoid at all costs. They installed my cabling in the WRONG house, they fought me on simple things like installing cover plates where wires stuck out of walls, they messed up the grading so severely they deleted the door to the garage and to the house from garage, the dishwasher opening was undersized and they didn't even put power (this alone cost $750+HST to rectify), the people they employ are college trade students, they installed door frames and doors improperly, I fought for years to get simple items rectified, and they delayed the date by 2 years. Do NOT use this builder. There is more I could say but this is just off the top of my head.
