Anyone who have been through this kind of trauma would know how emotionally draining & physically tiring it is before reaching the road to recovery. Etienne and his assistance Sophia are very efficient & responsive. I didn't feel alone in the process and can focus on getting better. A fair settlement was reached in the end.
