She is responsive to my hair needs and always helps keep me on trend. She is tries new techniques and is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The salon is clean and and I’m always greeted with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing my hair stylist Rich for over 15 years and he is the best stylist in Edmonton. The spa is clean and crisp and gives you a feeling of being in a natural spa. The atmosphere is super friendly yet serene at the same time. Rich always makes me feel like a brand new person when I leave the salon His cuts and creativity suit me perfectly! I would recommend this salon to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Yuanita for nearly 20 years, and I have never met a more knowledgeable, educated, caring, passionate, professional and exceptionally talented woman that puts as much effort in her salon as she does her clients. She continuously puts her client needs first and takes the time to educate you on the products she endorses and why. She is on top of all the hottest styles and trends, and is not afraid to tell you if something you're considering would work for you or not. As it's not just a client / stylist relationship, she cares about you and what you have going on with your life outside of the salon. What's appreciated is that she takes all of that into consideration when creating wildly talented colours, cuts and styles that are best suited for the manageability of the client, ensuring we always look our best at all times. As much effort as Yuanita puts into her clients, her and Rich put into their business. It is one of the cleanest salons I have stepped foot into, and during these unprecedented times, it is appreciated that she is following and enforcing COVID protocols for the safety of her clients, her staff and for herself. I highly recommend Yuanita as you will leave Collektive feeling beautiful inside and out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collektive Hair is an amazing salon with very talented Stylists! I have been a Client of Rich Kim's for over 10 years and he never ceases to amaze me with new cutting edge creative styles-which is very difficult to find for short hair. The Salon has a very fun vibe as well.

I've changed my hair style a few times over the years and there were times when I didnt even know what kind of cut I wanted. Those were the times I trusted Rich to do what he felt like and I was never disappointed. If you want to look and feel good about yourself, go see Rich.

Over the phone, she took the time to explain to me the process and her experience, so I booked an appointment. I went to my appointment and Yuanita made sure she communicated with me the entire time about what she was doing, which tool was best, as well as the products she used. She kept me in the loop about her process and offered a lot of great casual conversation as well. I'll definitely be returning! I love my haircut

Fran has been cutting and styling my hair for 5 years, and there was no hesitation in following her, since she is so dedicated and talented in what she does. She is always willing to listen, recommend new styles, and try out new ideas with me. Her passion and creativity are the qualities you want to see in a hairdresser! To top it all off, she has become a good friend to catch up with each time I see her, making our appointments something to look forward to.
The salon has a fresh and welcoming vibe, and everyone - stylists and clients - have an air of relaxation about them. Definitely recommend this studio!
