As I’d come from Calgary and didn’t have a vehicle with me, I needed to still head to the bank and registry. Sylvia took the time out of her busy schedule to accommodate me. And that’s on top of selling me a beautiful Lincoln Navigator and at a great price too! You can tell it’s a good working atmosphere and a very relaxed dealership. They don’t have the “wear your sunglasses inside” sales guys. It’s only been a day with the suv but so far me and my husband love it. If you need a Ford or if they have anything that catches your eye definitely check them out.

I went to collect my truck only to be told you have to make an appointment to collect the vehicle and this was way before covid. It was supposed to have warranty work due to a recall but despite being told it was done it still had same symptoms and it took a visit to lethbridge and the other Ford dealer to resolve the issue. I was left with the feeling all they were interested in was getting you're money and after that you're on your own.
