Colleen's knowledge of the body and attention to detail is amazing, and she was instantly able to pinpoint where my problem areas were and to focus on them until she made a real difference. I was lethargic, tense and sore before the massage; after I felt an inch taller and my mind felt clear and relaxed. It was a great massage, and I'm looking forward to more. Thanks so much, Colleen!

She incorporates breath and And other practices to make a truly memorable experience. I throughly recommend and have sent many people to her and all have been happy.
