★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cole Consulting Services stepped in to a crisis situation for us - they provided a dedicated resource (Susan Dafoe) who worked on-site with our Trade Compliance team. Susan had to gain an understanding of our technology and products, learn about our internal processes, and identify (and help to implement) corrective actions to ensure compliance, all very quickly. She provided recommendations and training, and helped us to recruit a qualified resource. We could not have managed without her expertise and support. She is easily the best consultant we have ever worked with - her contributions have had a lasting impact on our operations. That is why Cole is now our exclusive broker. Thank you Cole!
