★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La coiffeuse était trop stressé car elle avais une teinture en même temps que ma coiffure, donc elle m’a arraché mes cheveux en essayant de les placer raides, quand je lui en ai fait part de la situation, elle m’a demandé pourquoi je ne lui ai pas mentionné que j’avais les cheveux frisé lorsque j’ai pris le rendez-vous par téléphone, mauvais service, je ne recommande aucunement ce salon.
The hairdresser was too stressed because she had a dye along with my hairstyle so she tore my hair out trying to make it straight, when I told her about the situation she asked me why I didn't mention to her that I had curly hair when I made the appointment over the phone, bad service, I do not recommend this salon at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for an appointment with emma got there at exactly 12 she was in the back and at 12:10 she texted me rudely saying where are you!? i showed her what i wanted and as shes brushing my hair shes insulting it calling it absolutely recked, burnt , split when my hair isnt even that bad ?? does this girl expect clients with an attitude like that?? i told her nicely i was gonna see someone else ✌?no respect
