Depuis qu'il y a une nouvelle gérante, le service est exceptionnel et la place et le salon est très propre. I went to do my hair with Annie and it was an excellent service, welcoming, warm and communicative. I recommend this salon !! Je fréquentais ce salon impeccable depuis 20 ans, mais depuis quelques mois, tout ce que j’aimais de ce salon a changé. Les horaires sont très peu accommodants, l’ambiance est complètement différente, aucun respect ni considération pour la clientèle. J’ai changé de salon et je ne serai pas la seule, j’ai l’impression. Bien dommage! Extremely disappointed with this salon since it was taken over by a new owner. I have been attending this immaculate salon for 20 years, but in the last few months everything I love about this salon has changed. The hours are very uncomfortable, the atmosphere is completely different, no respect or consideration for customers. I've changed my living room and I won't be the only one, I think. Shame!

S	Suzanne Dionne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'allais à ce salon depuis plus de 20 ans, mais malheureusement depuis le changement de propriétaire il y a un an, quelques malheureux changements ont été notés. Moins de disponibilités pour les rendez-vous, on nous encourage presque à prendre congé pour obtenir un rendez-vous ou à changer de coiffeuse (nouvellement en poste) pour accommoder les horaires du salon. La nouvelle propriétaire ne semble respecter ni les coiffeuses d'expérience en place depuis plusieurs années au point où elles quittent tour à tour, ni leurs clientes. Besoin de renouveau sans doute?? Pas de souci, on va aller ailleurs et suivre nos coiffeuses qui nous ont bien traités depuis des années. I have been going to this salon for over 20 years, but unfortunately since the change of ownership a year ago there have been a few unfortunate changes. Less availability for appointments, we are almost encouraged to take time off to get an appointment or to change hairdressers (newly appointed) to accommodate salon hours. The new owner does not seem to respect either the experienced hairdressers in place for several years to the point where they take turns leaving, nor their clients. Need of renewal no doubt ?? No problem, we will go elsewhere and follow our hairdressers who have treated us well for years.
