Nous sommes une entreprise spécialisée en rénovation majeure résidentielle sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Depuis deux ans, nous avons tenté de recruter sans succès. Après avoir changé nos pratiques de recrutement suite à cette formation, nous avons reçu plus de candidatures que notre capacité d'embauche. Nous sommes entièrement satisfait de cette formation! I took the training offered at the APCHQ Best practices in recruitment and retention of employees offered by Ms. Marili B. Desrochers on February 16, 2022. We are a company specializing in major residential renovation on the South Shore of Montreal. For two years, we have tried to recruit without success. After changing our recruiting practices following this training, we received more applications than our hiring capacity. We are completely satisfied with this training!
