Welcome to the Cochrane Archery Club
Our club was re-established in 1999 due to an increased interest in the sport of archery.
The club is a non-profit organization and as such is built on volunteers. Our first and foremost goal is to promote archery for everyone, especially for the children. It is a great family sport, however adults are welcome learners as well.
There is usually a Level One Coach (National Coach Certification Program) present as well as several other individuals that have been in archery for a number of years.
Indoor targets are set between 10m and 40m. The outdoor range has additional targets up to 50m. 3D shoots occur occasionally throughout the indoor season. Full size foam animal targets are set up at varying unknown distances and arrows are lofted at the marked vital areas. You can keep score if you want but you don’t have to.
