I stopped by to look for a bigger vehicle and Garett Wilson showed me a 2021 Rogue after a test drive in the sun and rain, I fell in love.
Purchased Ruby Rogue that day. Pick up day went very well and Victoria and Garett answered all my questions. Everyone was delightful, smiling and pleasant felt like I won a lotto!
Well I did... I go Ruby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 2022 Pathfinder in less than 6 months has had 5 recalls, 2 for safety, A tripped blower motor due to a design flaw and finally a cylinder misfire (failure). The service team has had my vehicle for 3 days and are unable to fix the motor, this dealership does not offer loaner vehicles. When asked if they would purchase back this vehicle the amount given was $10K less then similar km Pathfinders were selling online. When asked why they weren't sharing the cost of the quality faults on this lemon vehicle the salesperson said 'thats the vehicle you bought' with a shrug. BUYER BEWARE.

I would like to give credit to these professional businesses as I had recently been made aware that they are part of the same auto group. I have purchased a couple of vehicles and regularly service my vehicles at these locations. As always I found professional and courteous approach to their clients. Our salesperson, Melissa Miller and Sales Manager Dylan Bedal , made such a fuss over our purchase, it was amazing. You would think we had bought a new car worth $100,000.00 . They had a card and a big sign waiting for us in the showroom on the day we were picking up our vehicle. In all my many years, I have never been treated so well ! We highly recommend checking Cobourg Nissan.
