I have been trying since May of this year (it is now mid-August) to even get a return call to go forward with a carport. I would appreciate even a return call indicating they were busy and that it could be a certain time frame. I lost count of the number of times I have called. Likely more than 20 times, not even a response. Over 4 months and still nothing. I understand that someone had a poor health event, totally understandable, but at the very least get back to people! How are they even in business?
B	Bob Hart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several years ago, under the previous owner, I had some phenomenally good work done, and a second job by a different crew that was shoddy. The new owner looked at it, decided it needed considerable work, I agree, and walked away. When I phoned in July they said they were not going to do a repair with all the new work they had, and they would contact me in September for the repair. No response. I had another job I wanted done, so I hired another company who did a great repair and the new work. No, I would NOT RECOMMEND this business.
n	nicole russell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two gentleman that came out to do the quote, were very polite, however, I asked some questions via email, and called several times( no return call) , before leaving a deposit. I than received a email stating. "If you consider having a showroom to view finished products important, maybe we are not the right vendor for you. The lack of trust noted in your v-message, (scam), suggests you would be more comfortable with another vendor." So we went with another vender. If someone isn't willing to speak with you in person, its a red flag for me. All i inquired about, was if the legs should be on cement, and what the non refundable deposit entailed, and the date the job could be completed on, and asked that they phone, rather than email. as i had concerns with not having a voice to connect with sending that amount of money. (as the reviews on here stated "won't return calls") yeppers!
