★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute slowest service imaginable. Wait 30 plus min while nurses visit and socialize. Lethbridge hospital is much more professional and speedy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mother was victim of neglect and abuse at Coaldale. Son intervened and Coaldale attempted to take mother from son. He moved mother to another faculty. Receiving center stated it was worst case of institutional abuse they had witnessed. Coaldale staff and AHS perjured and falsified records to cover.
Coaldale found guilty of neglect causing bodily harm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel bad if anyone has a family member there. Rachel one of the RN's wouldn't even look let alone clean a major cut that I walked in with. I made her look at my cut. (It really needed stitches) She told me that its long-term care not a hospital so she can't help. And to go to a hospital. I told her I didn't have a ride. Didn't seem to bother her at all. I really couldn't believe it. If Candace was there she wouldn't have let me leave. Also my mom worked there for 30+ years. Shows that she cared more about the money than helping people. If I could give it zero stars I would.
