★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice place to picnic, with tables and an outhouse available. If you're into water sports, the boat launch would certainly be an added bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful area to take a day trip and enjoy Mother Nature. There is a nice little dock that people were fishing from, and we seen a few people out in the lake kayaking.
Coal Lake Dam is within walking distance and when the water level is high, you can witness the overflow which is oddly peaceful.
