I felt like Chyrstal was trying to do the work necessary to figure out why I may have health issues and how massage therapy can play a role in that. The massage itself was really good and gave me relief from my symptoms.

She was very knowledgeable in explaining what triggers my pain and steps to help lessen it. She followed all covid protocols. Her room was peaceful with calming music playing. I highly recommend Chrystal.
