Sarb navigated me through my company vehicle ICBC insurance renewal and Mykhael got me a brand new liability policy. They are both excellent and clearly know their respective fields well! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years I'd been buying travel insurance inside a little kiosk at the SuperStore on SW Marine Drive because it was affordable, but they required me to sign for my insurance in person. When you're trying to get all of your work done before packing for a long trip away it's difficult to make time to visit an insurer in person. My old insurance place treated me like I should be making time to visit them and didn't care at all about my personal obligations. Within minutes on the phone with James I had paid for my travel insurance policy and had it in my inbox. I didn't think buying insurance could be this painless! Great customer service means meeting the customer where they are, it means adapting to the times to use email to help serve your clients. Thank you, Co-operatives, for adapting to the times. (Also, travel insurance here is half the price of BCAA)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for condo insurance and had a great experience. Thw adjuster was very straightforward and honest and never tried to push. I ended up going with someone else because they didn't have what I needed but the experience was great... I would have gone with them if they had the coverage I needed but I appreciated the honesty.

I have been a customer with them for many years and found them to be the best service in town. Two thumbs up and highly recommend them to everyone. Don't take my word for it. Try it yourself.
