★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food, huge portions! Ordered a large poutine, it woud have fed 4 people easily. My daughter had a burger, she said it was the best burger she'd ever had.

Everything shuts down in the evening and if you didn't grab food...you sleep hungry!
We did a stop-over here for some custom-made burgers and fries. Although the place is kinda right by the road it feels very relaxed and chill.
The tables outside are great and there is plenty of space outside for kids to run around which during COVID can be pretty helpful.
The food was delicious, the service great.
I don't know if you guys read your reviews here but thanks for your hospitality and have a wonderful weekend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just happened to find this place driving to providence bay after seeing no other food places open. My family ordered the poutines which they were impressed with the amount for the price . I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and deep fried pickles and must say I was impressed and content . Will def have to come back again when back in manitoulin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect little spot just outside Providence Bay! Renée's Poutine is the best ever, because she sprinkles a generous portion of mozzarella cheese instead of curds, so it melts evenly over the fries and homemade gravy. I highly recommend it ! (The Poutine AND the Cookhouse !!)

On the island you will get good down home food and great value for your money.
Nothing fancy, just delicious roadside, truck stop style food.
It may not be the prettiest on the outside but have yourself a burger and the poutine and you won’t need to eat again for the rest of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little restaurant about 5-10 mins from the beach. I was on a veggie diet when we visited them. The only option on the menu for us was a veggie burger.
Fingers crossed, we ordered it and it turned out to be delicious.
The side dishes- Onion rings(very crispy) and mushroom caps(which we had for the first time) were awesome!
Definitely coming back and trying the meat options.
