★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment un service exécrable, la gérante Marie -Ève ... la plus désagréable jamais vu .... on lui parle par téléphone et lui confirme que nous sonmes en chemin mais oui en retard et à notre arrivée elle a louer les kayaks à d’autres personnes wow c’est façinant on a fait 1h30 de route pour rien !!!! Et de plus quelques jours auparant lors de notre réservation on nous dit que l’ont peu monter la rivière en char avec les kayaks et redescendre le courant et finalement c’est même pas ça. Je vous déconseille fortement !
Really execrable service, the manager Marie -Ève ... the most unpleasant ever ... we spoke to her by phone and confirmed to her that we were on the way but yes late and when we arrived she rented the kayaks at d 'other people wow it's amazing we drove 1h30 for nothing !!!! And moreover a few days before when we made our reservation, we were told that we could go up the river in a chariot with the kayaks and go back down the current and in the end it’s not even that. I strongly advise against!
