★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stu and Diana are conscientious, ethical breeders who devote enormous time and energy into their breeding and raising of puppies. From researching lineage to thorough DNA and health screening of parents, to the care and raising of these pups....it doesn’t get any better.
My newest addition from them is a delight. Bright, intelligent, animated, full of life.....just what a Labrador Retriever puppy should be. They knew what I was looking for in a puppy prospect and delivered the one best suited to my needs.
After having several Lab puppies over the years and dealing with different breeders, as well as breeding myself, I’m beyond satisfied with Stu and Diana and the way they conduct themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Securing a puppy during the pandemic turned out to be a larger feat than we initially considered. After contacting a handful of Alberta breeders we were fortunate to discover the Club Mead Labrador family. Throughout initial contact to securing our new family member they were upfront, knowledgeable, responsive, and straightforward in their processes including selection process and pricing. We didn't feel that we had to jump through hoops or were perhaps being taken advantage of. From our first telephone call with Diana we felt confident in their abilities and their dogs and that we were being treated fairly and respectfully. They really know their stuff and the proof is in the pudding! While they specialize in trial dogs we just wanted a nice family pet. Our doggo is exactly the dog we wanted and needed. He is a healthy, happy, gentle, quick learning gorgeous puppy. Additionally, we feel secure in the knowledge that if we were to encounter any issues that Diana will be happy to assist. We are also continuing our association with Club Mead by entrusting them to care for our pup at their Club Mead Pet Resort. We recommend them unequivocally.
