★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan was the most helpful technician I have had the pleasure of working with in the process of fixing my internet connection. Not only did he solve my connectivity issues, he went above and beyond to boost my internet speed from 94MB/s all the way to 400MB/s. He did this despite me being late to our appointment as well, and spent over an hour working on my internet. Moreover, he was extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend cloudwifi as their customer service is second to none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience as a co-op student at Cloudwifi Inc. was incredibly fun! All of the workers were extremely friendly and enjoyable to be around causing the workplace environment to be amazing. With spending most of my time at the office, I've noticed that Cloudwifi is very organized when it comes to scheduling their technicians to wire buildings or to solve problems. The customer service is also very responsive and helpful to customers. I highly recommend this company as they are very effective, punctual, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Wish you the best Cloudwifi!
