★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service. Purchased a faulty pen and they refused to refund me when I stopped by less than 24 hours later. I will not recommend or be shopping there again. It has an awful layout and the Spirit Leaf right next door has more variety, better service and delivers a more pleasant customer experience, all for the same price. Also, at least one of the 5 star reviews was made by an employee lol DO NOT SHOP HERE.
