Clip 'n Climb Edmonton

We had so much fun here. My kids are ages 4-11 and everybody had a blast. I was prepared to help my kids buckle in and out, but the staff would beat me to it every time. They are really on top of it. I will be back.

I’ve seen so many good reviews and was so excited to try out this new place yet if I could rate this place a zero I would. Me and my family went to celebrate my younger brothers birthday & an older white male had a very aggressive demeanor and an atrocious attitude dealing with us. There was a wall with a hole that had just been plastered and was still wet but we were unaware as there was no indications and the area was not properly secured. My younger brother as he was waiting and looking at the climbing station from the area where you go to harness up accidentally lightly brushed up against the wall with the wet plaster and got it all over his hand and jacket that now needs to be dry cleaned. My brother did not even disrupt or mess up the plaster work and even apologized, yet the man proceeded to get angry with my brother as if he did it on purpose and left to the front offices after rudely side-eyeing all of us and flicking his hand backwards and telling us to go sit down and wait to be harnessed up in an area that was already full of jackets and bags. That is when my mother went to the friendly receptionist to go and respectfully inform that they should cover it up but the male came storming out of the back offices behind the reception desk that is located at the front and started angrily arguing with my mother about the incident once he overheard my mother informing the receptionist about what had happened. At this point me and my brother got involved as we heard them starting to raise their voices. This mans attitude from the start was very unwelcoming and very uncomfortable, I can’t help but feel we may also have been discriminated against as we seemed to be the only indigenous people in the vicinity. From the moment he saw us he seemed annoyed and aggravated. I strongly suggest that you re-evaluate spending your money at this place & hope that this negative interaction for Clip n climb is a learning experience for them to grow and learn how to better handle situations like this going forward. I am truly upset and disappointed as a potential customer as how this was handled.

Brought my niece and brother there for a small birthday gig. Staff were friendly and because they limit how many people are in at one time there is ample opportunity to climb many walls several times. Lots of variety of climbing and just a really great atmosphere. Give that slide a try, it's super fun!

We had so much fun here. Being a family of 5 we figured this could be an activity all could enjoy and we were right, spanning 25 years from youngest to oldest all were able to enjoy the walls. Staff was awesome and helpful, price is great for what you get to do,. We will be Back for sure

Clip n climb is fantastic! I've been going to blocs for a while now and clip n climb is the next level for sure. It's so much better with the ropes when you don't need someone to hold it. I'll definitely be going back there. All the staff was exceptionally friendly as well. Hannah stayed with us most of the time and made sure we had fun. 10 out of 10 to the facility and staff.

It was the first time bringing my son at the age of 7 and at first he was very nervous. With the demo and support of the staff there they made him feel more comfortable and after a couple of trial runs he was reaching the top with confidence. The automatic belay system is fantastic and made the experience that much more fun with coming back down slowly and safely like he was floating in a cloud of air. Amazing place and highly recommended with great owners and staff that are very helpful and friendly.

Amazing experience. Super easy to learn. Lots of fun for kids. The slide is terryfying ? but the kids were braver than I. The staff were all helpful with kids and clip assistance as I tried to juggle back and forth between two young kids climbing. Highly recommend. Will be back!

Great fun place for family and friends! Rock climbing experience is available for Kids, teenagers and adults.. Place isn’t so big but few different options for climbing based on difficulty level. Birthday party options are available as well.. Good option for winter indoor family activity..
