Personnel peu soutien peu courtois (ils préfèrent interrompre le client sur place pour faire sortir une transaction web) et vétérinaire peu compréhensive et peu compréhensible. Elle n'explique pas la situation de façon détaillée mais insiste plutôt sur une panoplie de traitements irréalistes, inutiles et inadaptés... Clinic to avoid ... Staff with little support, not very courteous (they prefer to interrupt the client on the spot to send out a web transaction) and veterinarian who is not very understanding and not very understandable. She does not explain the situation in detail but rather insists on a panoply of unrealistic, unnecessary and unsuitable treatments ...

Dre Rivard a trouvé une solution à la dermatite de mon chien alors que d’autres vétérinaires étaient sans ressource. Mon chien nous a quitté il y a un mois et malgré les circonstances difficiles, nous avons ressenti le respect et le partage de notre douleur par le personnel. Je recommande fortement cette clinique. Merci à votre équipe! Excellent clinic! Very human and professional staff. They have the well-being of our animal at heart, my dog loved going to this clinic. Dr. Rivard found a solution to my dog's dermatitis while other vets were helpless. My dog left us a month ago and despite the difficult circumstances we felt the respect and sharing of our pain from the staff. I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks to your team!

Je la recommande vraiment. It has been my clinic for 5 years and Dr. Rivard has saved my cat's life on several occasions, she is extremely intelligent, generous and compassionate. I really recommend her.

Je suis allé pour un 2e vaccin de base parce que mon chaton avait eu le 1er à l'élevage ou je l'ai acheté. Elle m'a dit que je devais lui en donné un 3e parce que le 1er elle était trop jeune. Je n'ai jamais entendu ça dans ma vie et j'ai toujours eu des chats. Ensuite elle a voulu me vendre des vermifuges alors que mon chaton vient d'un éleveur certifié voyons un chaton de ferme je peux comprendre mais pour un chat d'éleveurs. Je suis vraiment déçu et j'ai eu le sentiment qu'elle voulait davantage booster ma facture que prendre soin de mon chaton. I find it very unpleasant to feel pressured sales. I went for a 2nd basic vaccine because my kitten had the 1st at the kennel or I bought it. She told me that I had to give her a 3rd because the 1st she was too young. I've never heard of this in my life and I've always had cats. Then she wanted to sell me dewormers while my kitten comes from a certified breeder, let's see a farm kitten I can understand but for a breeders cat. I am really disappointed and I had the feeling that she wanted to boost my bill more than take care of my kitten.

Ils ont sauvé notre beau chien. J'étais très heureuse d'avoir une vétérinaire de confiance qui assurent le suivi et la santé de nos animaux de compagnie depuis leur ouverture de clinique. Nous avons toujours reçu un bon service. Merci pour tout! We have two dogs and a cat followed at this clinic. We even had an urgent situation with our big doggie in times of Covid. They saved our beautiful dog. I was very happy to have a trusted veterinarian who ensure the follow-up and health of our pets since their opening of clinic. We have always received good service.
