Thank you all for your kindness and compassion yesterday during the euthanasia of my beautiful Tinest. I highly recommend this clinic here in Bromont!
C	Caroline Len on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne recommande pas. N’ai pas été avertie que le service se fait à l’auto et donc que mon chat est pris par le personnel à l’intérieur de la clinique. La vétérinaire qui ne prend pas le temps de répondre aux questions et semble exaspérée par celles-ci. Le fait de faire le service à l’auto est le choix du propriétaire, mais il faut en avertir les clients qui paient pour un service .. très mauvaise première expérience à cette clinique. Ajout suite à la réponse de la propriétaire: votre mode de fonctionnement vous appartient, c’est le manque de transparence de celui-ci qui est inacceptable en n’avertissant pas que vu la situation actuelle vous pouvez uniquement faire un service à l’auto. Vos employées sont bien venues me voir afin de savoir la dernière date de mes vaccins. Je m’attendais toutefois de votre part à titre de vétérinaire de prendre quelque minutes pour répondre à mes questions. Je suis sortie de ce rendez-vous confuse et ce n’est pas le service de qualité auquel je m’attendais. Vous aviez mon numéro dans ma fiche si vous aviez voulu me contacter rectifier la situation, ce qui n’a pas été fait. Do not recommend. Was not notified that the service is self-service and therefore that my cat is picked up by the staff inside the clinic. The vet who doesn't take the time to answer questions and seems exasperated by them. Self-service is the owner's choice, but pay attention to paying for service .. very bad first experience at this clinic. Addition following the owner's response: your mode of operation is yours, it is the lack of transparency of it which is unacceptable by not warning that given the current situation you can only do a drive-thru . Your employees have come to see me in order to know the last date of my vaccinations. However, I expected you as a vet to take a few minutes to answer my questions. I came out of this confused date and this is not the quality service I expected. You had my number in my file if you wanted to contact me to rectify the situation, which was not done.

On attend dans le stationnement et il n'y a plus l'expérience de proximité avec les vétérinaires qui est importante pour moi. Valérie Forest est compétente et à l'écoute, mais je préfère aller à un endroit où je peux entrer. I decided to change vets after 4 years with them. We can no longer accompany our animal inside. We wait in the parking lot and there is no longer the experience of proximity with the veterinarians which is important to me. Valérie Forest is competent and attentive, but I prefer to go to a place where I can enter.

Bien que nous ayons pas de dossier et que vous étiez sur le point de fermer. Très bon service, beaucoup d'empathie. Chez vous, j'ai pu trouver les réponses à son état de santé, que mon vétérinaire de ma région, n'arrivais pas à me donner. Malheureusement avons dû la faire euthanasier. La procédure c'est passé dans l'amour et le respect. Ils nous ont laissés, tout le temps voulu, pour lui faire nos adieux. Merci ? Thank you for receiving us urgently for our elderly ferret Rosie, who was seriously ill. Although we had no case and you were about to close. Very good service, a lot of empathy. With you, I was able to find the answers to his state of health, which my veterinarian in my region could not give me. Unfortunately we had to have her euthanized. J'y suis allée parce que je me doutais que mon chat avait des mites d'oreilles, après examen on me mentionne qu'il faut vérifier au microscope pour être certain (frais supplémentaire) et après tout cela, on me dit que mon chat n'a pas de mites, mais on me vend tout de même un nettoyeur d'oreilles. (Une facture dans les 200+$ pour un simple examen...) Étant sceptique puisque mon chat se grattait toujours après 2 semaines de «traitement», je suis allée consulter une autre clinique vétérinaire; résultat : J'avais raison, mon chat a des mites et ce sont maintenant tous les animaux de la maison que l'on doit traiter!!! De plus, j'ai entendu pendant plus d'une heure dans mon véhicule lors de la consultation puisque nous ne pouvons pas accéder à l'intérieur de la clinique (j'ai pu accompagner mon chat dans l'autre clinique vétérinaire). Vraiment, vraiment très déçue. I do not recommend this vet. I went there because I suspected that my cat had ear mites, after examination I was told that I had to check under the microscope to be sure (additional cost) and after all that, I was told that my cat doesn't have any moths, but they still sell me an ear cleaner. (An invoice in the 200+$ range for a simple exam...) Being skeptical since my cat was still scratching after 2 weeks of “treatment”, I went to see another veterinary clinic; result: I was right, my cat has moths and now all the animals in the house have to be treated!!! In addition, I heard for more than an hour in my vehicle during the consultation since we cannot access the interior of the clinic (I was able to accompany my cat to the other veterinary clinic). Really, really disappointed.

This vet took full avantage of our seniors . 3 of our neighbours (all different families) went in for their pets , yearly check ups , basic routine visit and simple rabies shots and left with 800$ & 600$ bills!!! Please beware. None of them will be returning customers and locals should know how dishonest they are . Horrible that you took advantage of these lovely people ! I never leave bad reviews but that’s inexcusable in this town . Thank you for your follow up remark but : to reply to your response: you sold them 80$ ear wipes . The dog never even had ear problems . Enough said .
