★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexandre Savard est un ostéopathe extraordinaire ! J'ai vu plusieurs ostéopathes depuis une trentaine d'années, en plusieurs endroits au Québec, et il est le meilleur ! Je l'ai vu 8 fois sur 4 mois. Alors que je faisais de l'enflure du pied droit depuis une trentaine d'années, il m'en a débarrassé grâce à un rétablissement d'équilibre entre mon côté droit et gauche par le replacement de mes vertèbres 0 et 1, ce qu'aucun ostéopathe n'avait réussi avant lui. Ces vertèbres étaient déplacées depuis que j'avais 4 ans. Il m'a rétabli l'égalité de longueur entre mes jambes droites et gauche. Il m'a grandement aidé au sommeil. Il a rétabli ma conscience de la continuité dans ma colonne vertébrale. En tant que pianiste, il a également rétabli la force de mes pouces et petits doigts.
 Alexandre Savard is an extraordinary osteopath! I have seen several osteopaths over the past thirty years, in several places in Quebec, and he is the best! I saw him 8 times in 4 months. While I had swelling in my right foot for about thirty years, he got rid of it thanks to a restoration of balance between my right and left side by the replacement of my vertebrae 0 and 1, which no osteopath had succeeded before him. These vertebrae had been out of place since I was 4 years old. He restored me to equal length between my right and left legs. It really helped me sleep. It restored my awareness of continuity in my spine. As a pianist, he also restored the strength of my thumbs and little fingers.

Je dois avouer que j'étais sceptique au départ, car je voulais voir un physiothérapeute, mais après une première séance et dans les semaines qui ont suivi, j'ai vu les résultats très positifs. Alexandre is an attentive person who takes the time to listen to you in order to fully understand your physical problems. I must admit that I was initially skeptical as I wanted to see a physiotherapist, but after a first session and in the weeks that followed I saw the very positive results. Professional, respectful who listens and explains the treatment. He met my expectations very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my acupuncture treatment with Denis Umbriaco three sessions ago, after the holidays left me emotionally unbalanced to the point of concern. Having heard that acupuncture can help with anxiety and depression I thought it could help my bipolar brain find balance again without having to rely on meds.
Was not really sure what to expect with my first visit, but it was not unpleasant and figured I needed a second one.
With this third one and taking a multivitamin and Omega 3 + joy every day, I can genuinely say I have grown more in touch with my Zen side. I'm able to focus more and feel more grounded. Also the way I react to stressful situations has improved and my sleep is also better since this all began.
I would definitely recommend acupuncture for anyone looking for an alternative
