Je la recommanderais à toute personne qui nécessiterait une telle intervention. Mme Ngo m’a offert un service hors pair et digne de mention. Constamment à l’écoute de mes besoins et attentive à mes souffrances. Cette intervenante m’a toujours expliqué les détails et les pourquoi des exercices qui n’amèneraient à mon bien-être. Elle m’encourageait en tout temps et dans les moments plus difficiles. C’est ensemble que j’ai réussi à m’en sortir. De plus. Mme Ngo m’a donné accès à un service de support visuel que je peux consulter à tout moment pour mener à bien mes exercices. J'ai toujours été bien accueilli chez Physio N Go et j'ai même reçu un programme d'exercices et des outils en ligne qui sont facile à suivre pour pas que je me déplace inutilement. Je recommande fortement! I was treated for a shoulder bursitis with torn tendon and I was able to resume my daily life without pain and without difficulty quickly thanks to my physiotherapist My My Ngo. I have always been well received at Physio N Go and have even received an exercise program and online tools that are easy to follow so I don't have to move around unnecessarily. I highly recommend!

Par contre le patient doit signer un contrat de politique, si jamais le patient est en retard ou absents il va avoir des frais de 25$. Finalement après avoir attendu en demi heure, on m'informe que j'étais en retard de 30 minutes! Vraiment un gros manque de professionnalisme. Ma mère ma recommandé cette clinique. Cependant moi je le déconseille. Firstly, the osteopath does not show up for the appointment assigned to him at 10:30 am. On the other hand the patient must sign a policy contract, if ever the patient is late or absent he will have a fee of $ 25. Finally after waiting for half an hour, I was informed that I was 30 minutes late! Really a big lack of professionalism. My mother recommended this clinic to me. However, I do not recommend it.
