J'ai pris la peine de passer sur place pour dire de ne pas annuler un rendez-vous que je j'avais annulé 5 minutes plus tôt. On m'a confirmé que c'était noté. Finalement, le lendemain, le message ne s'est pas rendu et j'ai perdu mon rendez-vous quand même. Personne ne s'est excusé et n'a tenté de m’accommoder pour cette bourde. On s'est seulement contenté de pointer la fautive du doigt. Bonjour le service client. Incompétence quand tu nous tiens...
Very disappointing. I couldn't even get service since the receptionist didn't message correctly. I took the trouble to stop by to say not to cancel an appointment that I had canceled 5 minutes earlier. It was confirmed to me that it was noted. Finally, the next day, the message didn't get through and I lost my appointment anyway. No one apologized and tried to accommodate me for this blunder. We were only content to point the finger at the faulty one. Hello customer service. Incompetence when you hold us ...

Building is clean and well organized, plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.
