En plus, chaque rendez-vous toujours au moins un retard d'une heure sinon plus et il y a aucune amélioration à leurs système, c'est comme ça depuis que je fréquente la clinique il y a plusieurs années. Aucune façon de porter plainte ni faire des suggestions a la personne en charge, s'il y en a même une... Big lack of organization and coordination at the front desk. In addition, each appointment always at least a delay of an hour or more and there is no improvement to their system, it's like that since I attended the clinic several years ago. No way to complain or make suggestions to the person in charge, if there is even one ...
D	Daniel Vp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incroyablement mauvais. Le message sur le répondeur dure des heures et personne ne répond. Aucune indication sur le temps d'attente. Incredibly bad. The message on the answering machine goes on for hours and no one answers. No indication of waiting time.

La secrétaire est efficace et sympathique (Véronique). L'heure des rendez-vous est respecté, jamais plus que quelques minutes d'attente. Nous nous considérons choyés. Je ne comprends pas les autres critiques négatives ??? Very satisfied with the doctor consulted for 6 years. He's been our family doctor of 5 for all this time. The secretary is efficient and friendly (Véronique). The appointment time is respected, never more than a few minutes of waiting. We consider ourselves pampered. I don't understand the other negative reviews ???

La, tout va bien ? I don't like... I was notified 1 month before my doctor's final departure. I had to wait 2 years before having a hyper empathetic doctor. There, everything is fine ?

Ils sont tellement désorganisés, il faut se préparer à attendre plus d’une heure après l’heure de rendez-vous donnée. The worst clinic in Gatineau. The receptionists are rude and insolent in the extreme. Nobody answers the telephone. They are so disorganized, you have to be prepared to wait over an hour past the given meeting time.

Lorsqu’on appelle, répondeur nous informe que nous sommes hors des heures d’appels mais ne les fournissent pas et ne sont pas disponibles en ligne. Service vraiment médiocre pour une clinique. Incredibly unfriendly, unprofessional receptionists. Doctor (Dr. La…) intimidating and zero empathetic. When we call, answering machine informs us that we are out of calling hours but do not provide them and are not available online. Really poor service for a clinic.
O	Obamaking on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Somyk is a very good doctor however, probably overworked and/or too busy, & with combination of passing info/documents back & forth with the clerical staff, it's enough to make patience sicker at times fcol! ??☠ And forget reaching them by phone, or now email. Phone message says email, the automated email response says don't email phone lol! ??
J	Joel Henderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Quebec, so you take what you can get, in terms of a family physician. Dr. Aube is very kind and responsive. I just wish the staff of the Clinique were nicer. I have to mentally prepare myself to telephone for an appointment, because they are intimidating. The overwhelming sense I get from members of the staff is that they would really rather I hadn't called and would prefer I never called again. Upon arrival in the clinic, it is possibly worse. Hidden behind bullet proof glass like this were a cheque cashing service, they disdain us for not understanding their French muttering above the noise of the waiting room. Certainly, this clinic promotes good health insofar as I desperately want to avoid seeking health care in this setting.
