★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clinique ouvre à 8:30 et ils ont réussi a accumuler plus d'une heure de retard sur un rendez-vous à 11:00. Irrespectueux pour la clientèle. L'heure c'est l'heure! Ceci dit la clinique est propre.
The clinic opens at 8:30 am and they managed to be over an hour late on an 11:00 am appointment. Disrespectful for customers. The hour is the hour! However, the clinic is clean.
