★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honnetement je suis vraiment décu du professionnalisme et du service. Il sont la pour vendre des orthèses sans vraiment se soucier du client. La premiere fois l'orthèse n'était pas assez large, il m'a dis de l'essayer quand meme (elle n'était donc pas ajuster ) je lui ai retourner 2 jour plus tard ... elles est arrivées chez moi trop longue. ensuite je l'ai retourné de nouveau et je n'ai toujours pas mes orthèses que je devrais avoir depuis au moins 2 mois. Il m'ont dit que j'aurait un suivi la semaine derniere à savoir où elle est rendu. et j'attend encore des nouvelles. Car, j'ai essayer de les contacter de nouveau et c'est encore le répondeur. Bref j'ai payé 450$ il y a plus de 2 mois et je n'ai toujours pas le produit.

 Honestly I am really disappointed with professionalism and service. They are there to sell orthoses without really worrying about the customer. The first time the orthosis was not wide enough, he told me to try it anyway (so she was not adjusting) I returned to her 2 days later ... they came home too long. then I returned it again and I still do not have my orthoses that I should have for at least 2 months. They told me that I would have a follow up last week to find out where she is. and I'm still waiting for news. Because, I try to contact them again and it's still the answering machine. In short I paid $ 450 more than 2 months ago and I still do not have the product.
