★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon service du dr dansereau. Son équipe est vraiment gentille. Jai vite remarquer son expertise . Le décor est superbe, un style louis XIV. L’emplacement est bien situé et le délai rdv fut tres rapide.
 Good service of dansereau. His team is really nice. I quickly noticed his expertise. The decor is superb, a Louis XIV style. The location is good and the delay was very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec un traitement qu’il m’a fait qui n’a pas fonctionner qui m’a couté 1300$ je lui est fait part que cela était chez payer pour un traitement qui ne fonctionne pas .une des ses assistante qui m’a reçu a constater que le traitement effectivement n’avais pas fonctionné elle me fait part qu’il sera repris à leur frais . Lorsque DrDancerault et entré dans le bureau il étais fâché après moi et pour lui c’était impossible qu’il n’ai pas fonctionner tout étais beau . Je lui ai dis Dr Danserault cela fait 8ans que je viens et cela a toujours fonctionner mais là il n’y a pas de résultat Il est devenue impatient envers moi et condescendant je suis resté bouche bée . Il m’a dis je vais reprendre de garder ma salade pour moi que le passé reste dans le passé . Et là une fois le traitement terminé il m’a facturé à mon étonnement je lui est dis que son assistantes m’avais dis que le traitement serais refait au frais de la clinique et que là je ne comprenais plus rien m’a facturé est passé de 580 à 400$ et j’ai dû payer 400$ encore donc ces chez payer pour un traitement qui ne fonctionne pas .1300 $ en tout et il me dis de revenir dans un mois pour me recharger encore non mais il veux rire un manque de professionnalisme et de savoir vivre il manque tact lorsqu’il parle au monde du moin ces mon expérience
I had a bad experience with a treatment he gave me which didn't work which cost me $1300 I told him that it was to pay for a treatment which did not work. her assistant who received me found that the treatment had not actually worked, she told me that it would be taken back at their expense. When DrDancerault entered the office he was angry with me and for him it was impossible that he did not work everything was fine. I told him Dr Danserault I have been coming for 8 years and it has always worked but there is no result He became impatient with me and condescending I was speechless. He told me I'm going to resume keeping my salad for me that the past remains in the past. And there once the treatment was finished he charged me to my astonishment I told him that his assistants had told me that the treatment would be redone at the expense of the clinic and that there I no longer understood anything charged me happened from 580 to 400$ and I had to pay 400$ again so these at home to pay for a treatment that does not work .1300 $ in all and he tells me to come back in a month to recharge me again no but he wants to laugh a lack professionalism and know how to live he lacks tact when he speaks to the world at least these my experience

J'aime qu'il a toujours resolu mes problemes sans complication ni trop de blahblah. Cependant, aujourd'hui j'ai ete convaincu. Le meilleur interet du patient tient vraiment a coeur au Dr Dansereau. I have been coming here for several years and I am always very satisfied. He is always effective and direct to the goal. I like that he has always solved my problems without complication or too much blahblah. However, today I was convinced. The best interest of the patient is really important to Dr. Dansereau. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette semaine, semaine du 28 févier, je voulais aller consulter le dr Dansereau. Avant de prendre rendez-vous, je suis allée vérifier les commentaires de ses patients. Ayoye, ça fait mal. Médecin irrespectueux, pas d'écoute vis à vis ses patients, diagnostic en quelques minutes sans avoir pris le temps de bien vérifier, assistante qui se prend pour un médecin. Des consultations très dispendieuses pour quelques minutes de son temps, utilise les restants de ses autres patients, ben voyons dont qu'est-ce que c'est çà ??? J'ai donc décidé d'aller consulter ailleurs.
This week, week of February 28, I wanted to consult Dr. Dansereau. Before making an appointment, I went to check the comments of her patients. Ayoye, it hurts. Disrespectful doctor, not listening to his patients, diagnosis in a few minutes without taking the time to check properly, assistant who thinks she is a doctor. Very expensive consultations for a few minutes of his time, uses the leftovers of his other patients, well let's see whose is that??? So I decided to look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pire endroit. Le médecin distrait et son horrible assistante au bec de canard qui te refile les restes des autres patients. Au lieu de faire disparaître une cicatrice il m’a laissé avec une bosse sous la peau!! Complètement manqué! Perdu $3000! Je veux même pas y retourner.. j’ai peur qu’il empire ma situation!
A éviter à tout prix!
The worst place. The distracted doctor and his horrible duck-billed assistant who gives you the remains of other patients. Instead of removing a scar it left me with a lump under my skin!! Completely missed! Lost $3000! I don't even want to go back.. I'm afraid it will make my situation worse!
Avoid at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai jamais eu autant de boutons de toute ma vie en plus de très mal réagir à ses traitements. J'essaie de lui poser des questions pour comprendre ce qui se passe avec mon visage et on détourne la question avec des réponses qui ne m'aide pas du tout. Il n'a aucune écoute envers ses patients. On me raconte des histoires à propos du chien qui se promène dans la clinique plutôt que de ce concentrer sur mon problème d'acné qui est beaucoup plus pire depuis que je le consulte. Ma confiance en moi est encore plus basse qu'avant vue l'état de ma peau et je suis complètement découragée en plus de me coûter une fortune pour les consultations et tous les produits et médication.
I have never had so many pimples in my entire life in addition to reacting very badly to his treatments. I try to ask him questions to understand what's going on with my face and they deflect the question with answers that don't help me at all. He does not listen to his patients. I get told stories about the dog walking around the clinic rather than focusing on my acne problem which is much worse since I saw him. My self-confidence is even lower than before given the state of my skin and I am completely discouraged in addition to costing me a fortune for the consultations and all the products and medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and to the point. Didn't cherry coat anything when it come to making sure there was no other issues.
Had a "beauty mark" removed from my back that was of decent size without feeling pressured at all.
He was so fast that I didn't even realize it was finished.
Staff is super friendly, and i felt very at home.
I would recommend Dr Alain since I have seen his work on a close friend of mine and she always looks amazing and is treated with so much love when there.
