★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La réceptionniste avec laquelle j'ai pris rendez-vous était terriblement froide, antipathique et impatiente que s'en était terriblement inconfortable. Je lui ai clairement spécifié que j'avais besoin d'un suivi avec un psychologue d'expérience qui connaissait bien la matière et les troubles dont je souffre qui sont assez complexes et exigeants. Elle m'a donné RDV avec une ÉTUDIANTE qui n'avait pas fini ses cours en psychologie.
La journée du RDV, j'ai eu un inconvénient qui m'a empêché d'annuler mon rendez-vous à temps, car il fallait annuler 48h sinon il y avait des frais. Étant donné qu'ils n'avaient pas mes coordonnées, j'aurais pu ne pas me présenter. Malgré tout je m'y suis présentée avec un peu de retard et on m'a fait attendre dans la salle d'attente qui était vide. Il n'y avait personne d'autre que moi, aucun accueil. L'étudiante qui avait la moitié de mon âge était au téléphone avec sa copine et le premier contact était assez désagréable (je croyais que c'était la réceptionniste), je ne m'y suis pas sentie à ma place.
Le premier RDV fut totalement inutile. Un 120$ jeté par les fenêtres. Comme j'étais un peu en retard et qu'elle m'avait fait attendre, la séance n'a pas durée plus que 30 minutes. Elle y a mis fin sous-prétexte qu'il y avait d'autres clients. Lorsque que je suis sortie du local, il n'y avait personne dans la salle d'attente. Je comprends que ce retard était ma faute, mais elle aurait pu faire exception étant donné que je paye et qu'il n'y a littéralement personne qui attend! C'était mon premier RDV, ça aurait la moindre des choses d'offrir un peu de compassion et d'essayer de gagner la confiance de la cliente. Équipe froide, sans empathie et désagréable. Je n'y suis jamais retournée.

During the day of the appointment, I had a drawback which prevented me from canceling my appointment on time, because I had to cancel 48 hours otherwise there was a charge. Since they did not have my contact details, I could not have introduced myself. Despite everything I showed up a little late and I was made to wait in the waiting room which was empty. There was no one other than me, no welcome. The student who was half my age was on the phone with her girlfriend and the first contact was rather unpleasant (I thought it was the receptionist), I did not feel at home.
The first meeting was totally useless. A $ 120 thrown out the window. As I was a little late and she kept me waiting, the session did not last more than 30 minutes. She ended it on the pretext that there were other customers. When I left the room, there was no one in the waiting room. I understand that this delay was my fault, but she could have been an exception since I pay and there is literally no one waiting! It was my first meeting, it would have the least of things to offer a little compassion and try to gain the confidence of the client. Cold team, without empathy and unpleasant. I never went back there.
