★ ★ ★ ★ ★ General experience: Healthcare professionals have to be appreciated during this time of pandemic and they have been very proficient and courteous with the way they treat patients.
A specific instance: the entrance guard didn't seem really happy I was accompanying my brother, and I understand that my presence implied additional ressources (more PPE). However, she didn't make too much of a fuss about it and let me enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized with friendly volunteers. I couldn't believe how easy the actual injection was. You barely notice it at all, less than the feeling of having blood taken. The process is efficient too. I was probably in and out within less than a half hour, including the mandatory 15-minute sitting afterward in case of dizziness.
