Clinic with several services, they were kind to help me find the right professional. It is a beautiful place and the staff is friendly. I could have an appointment quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Au départ, le service était parfais. Suite à une confusion sur la précision du terme Psychotérapeute et Psychologue, les assurances remboursaient pour un mais pas pour l'autre. J'ai recontacté la clinique pour prendre un arrangement afin de rencontrer le bon professionnel. La clinique avait visiblement sa part de responsabilité dans cette histoire. J'étais près à utiliser leurs services pour probablement plusieurs années. Ils ont préféré ne pas assumer une partie des frais. Je crois qu'ils sont là pour leurs argent et c'est bien correct mais j'ai besoin d'un peu plus d'humanisme et d'ouverture que ça.
Initially, the service was perfect. Following a confusion about the accuracy of the term Psychotherapist and Psychologist, the insurance reimburse for one but not for the other. I contacted the clinic again to make an arrangement to meet the right professional. The clinic obviously had its share of responsibility in this story. I was ready to use their services for probably several years. They preferred not to bear some of the costs. I think they are there for their money and it's okay but I need a little more humanism and openness than that.

Demonstration of professionalism for the benefit of financial interests. When you make a commitment to follow a child and decide to stop giving them evening appointments because employee assistance services pay less, it's pathetic.

Je cherchais quelqu'un avec qui je sentirais "le courant passer" et qui saurait m'outiller de manière pratico-pratique, tout en m'aidant avec ma réflexion quant à des problèmes relationnels que j'entretiens avec certaines personnes. En deux séances, je considère déjà que j'ai fait un cheminement important, grâce à l'approche de Mme Gourdon, psychothérapeute et travailleuse sociale. I recently started psychotherapy with Ms. Laetitia Gourdon. I was looking for someone with whom I would feel "the current going" and who would know how to equip me in a practical way, while helping me with my reflection on the relational problems that I have with certain people. In two sessions, I already consider that I have made an important progress, thanks to the approach of Ms. Gourdon, psychotherapist and social worker. Thank you for this important support for my introspection and my personal development! I am happy to continue my journey with this professional.
