Ça fait des mois que j'attends ce rendez-vous pour avoir une solution pour ma perte de cheveux et elle me dit: désolée il n y a rien à faire, je te prescris tel médicament pour ta démangeaison (qui est très occasionnelle). Et ce, après 10 min de rencontre. Très insatisfaite. Je m'attendais à avoir un peu plus de conseils sur ma perte.
Bad experience! I've been waiting for this appointment for months to have a solution for my hair loss and she says to me: sorry there's nothing to do, I'm prescribing you this medicine for your itching (which is very occasional). And this, after 10 minutes of meeting. Very dissatisfied. I expected to get a little more advice on my loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne fais pas souvent des revues mais quand je le fais, c'est parce que j'ai été exceptionellement servit. Je ne parle pas que d'une fois mais tout mon cheminement avec la clinique à venir jusqu'a présent est une expérience exceptionelle en soit. Les réceptionnistes Noëlla et Caroline sont toujours très acceuillantes sans parler de Danyka la technicienne qui est formidable et ma dermato madame Tremblay qui a pris cette semaine du temps pour moi, même si je n'avait pas de rendez-vous et qui l'a mise en retard à la garderie et je m'en excuse. Je n'ai pas recu de service de la sorte depuis la petite école :)
Franchement je recommande à toutes et à tous!
I don't often do reviews but when I do, it's because I've been exceptionally served. I'm not talking about just once, but my whole journey with the clinic to come so far has been an exceptional experience in itself. The receptionists Noëlla and Caroline are always very welcoming, not to mention Danyka the technician who is great and my dermatologist Madame Tremblay who took time for me this week, even though I didn't have an appointment and who put her late for daycare and I apologize for that. I haven't received service like this since kindergarten :)
Honestly I recommend to everyone!

Accueilli par une assistante hyper bête qui se fout mais royalement de tout le monde (ma mère et ma grand-mère ont eu le même service d'ailleurs). Au téléphone : "Hey jeremie, let's go vous allez être dans les derniers qui vont avoir ce traitement" (voilà pourquoi j'ai priorisé le dermatologue)
Overall: 2 minutes avec le dermatologue et 1 papier avec un produit sur les tablettes à la pharmacie.
Gros n'importe quoi.
I canceled an important meeting for a meeting here. Greeted by a super stupid assistant who doesn't give a damn about everyone (my mother and my grandmother had the same service, by the way). On the phone: "Hey jeremie, let's go you're going to be one of the last to have this treatment" (this is why I prioritized the dermatologist)
Overall: 2 minutes with the dermatologist and 1 paper with a product on the shelves at the pharmacy.
Big anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai appelé pour un rendez-vous à cette clinique pour la première fois. Que ce soit du côté de la réceptionniste ou de mon côté, il y a eu erreur de journée sur la prise de rendez-vous. Je n’avais reçu aucun courriel de confirmation pour confirmer le rendez-vous. Elle m’appelle pour me dire que mon rdv était aujourd’hui! D’un ton accusateur, la réceptionniste me dit que le système ne se trompe pas et que c’est 50 $ pour un rendez-vous non annulé 24h à l’avance. J’étais certain de la date du rdv! J’ai même dû prendre congé car c’est un rdv important pour une tumeur! Je tente de m’expliquer car moi aussi je me suis déplacé pour rien et elle veut clairement me faire sentir coupable et elle me parle d’un ton inacceptable. J’ai vraiment détesté son approche. C’est vraiment très rare que je fais un commentaire du genre mais franchement, ce fut vraiment désagréable!
I called for an appointment at this clinic for the first time. Whether on the receptionist's side or on my side, there was an error of the day when making an appointment. I had not received any confirmation email to confirm the appointment. She calls me to tell me that my appointment was today! In an accusatory tone, the receptionist tells me that the system is not wrong and that it's $50 for an appointment not canceled 24 hours in advance. I was sure of the date of the appointment! I even had to take time off because it's an important appointment for a tumor! I try to explain myself because I too moved for nothing and she clearly wants to make me feel guilty and she speaks to me in an unacceptable tone. I really hated his approach. It's really very rare that I make a comment like this but frankly, it was really unpleasant!
