Tremendously disappointed in my experience at the clinic.
I went for laser hair removal treatments. I was quite enthusiastic after my first session (Oct 26, 2020) as I noticed a 70% reduction in hair density (directly after the sessions that last for 8 weeks), BUT after my second session (Dec 14, 2020), all my hair grew back -even thicker- a couple of weeks after my second treatment.
I tried to reach a re-visited deal regarding my upcoming sessions (e.g. small discount) but the clinic refused.
I will never recommend Clinique Chloe to anyone based on my experience. I lost $1000 (no results), I lost my trust in the clinic and I learnt that the clinic is not keen on the retention of its clients. And now I had to look somewhere else to start from scratch.
PROS: Friendly, cheerful staff, very clean clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing first experience! The second I entered the center, I immediately felt safe. The staff was incredibly nice and make you feel welcome, the place is beautiful and neat, and I had a great chat with my doctor, Yara. She took the time to explain all the details related to my procedure, and made me feel at ease. As for the result, I'm very satisfied. They make sure you get what you want, without going overboard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this place because of all the great reviews I read here but me and my sister had a different experience. I went there with my sister for botox and as they told us that it takes time to show the result we were waiting and waiting and waiting to finally see when the muscles are going to be numb and when the frown muscles are going to be relaxed and months passed by and nothing happened. No change. We both were always able to still frown, throw our eyebrows up and when I was looking down for more than 30 sec my forehead's muscles were popping up (no muscle getting relaxed as they promissed). They were really nice and professional but nor me or my sister were happy for the result AT ALL. Now looking for some other clinic. It was such a waste of money for us. I don't recommend here at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved my experience at Clinique Chloé! Everyone, from the receptionist to the profesional nurse were kind, polite and welcoming. The clinique is beautiful and super clean. Prices are absolutely fair with the amazing service they offer. You feel confident they will do the best job possible. They are not trying to oversale their services but ensuring you make the right decision. I would recommend this clinique to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the team and the treatment. A little more expensive in comparison to where I have found elsewhere, but given the professionalism and care you receive, it’s worth every penny! My only issue was the advertising of a free consultation when there isn’t one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a consultation and was very happy with the amount of detail and knowledge that the staff has. I was seen by Anabel who really mapped out a plan for me and explained every step and what it would entail. Even though they offer all the services, I never once felt pressured to make a decision on the spot. The office itself, though a bit tricky to find, was clean and welcoming. I do wish they had payment plans for some of the higher priced services, but it's not a deal breaker (it's also probably much safer for my wallet that way).
