Waiting since October for an appointment ... they call me just before the closing for the holidays, I call back at the beginning of January and already there was room for me. Will revise my grade if I end up seeing someone there ?

The receptionist was polite, however she was constantly cutting me off, assuming she knew what I was going to say (and I had to correct her once or twice). I nonetheless asked to book an appointment. On Tuesday, I received a follow-up call from a different person to schedule an appointment. I decided that I didn't want to pursue, mainly due to my bad experience with the receptionist. I explained, she apologized, and I was happy with this. Then, the initial receptionist (from Monday) called me to apologize. That, in itself, is amazing. She gave me a few reasons to explain her behavior, which frankly I believe is unnecessary (no need to find excuses, owning up is more than enough) but I listened politely. And if she would have stopped there, I would have been wholly satisfied. However, as I began speaking, she again began interrupting me. It happened four or five times until I lost my patience and had to flat out tell her. We both remained courteous, but at that moment the clinic lost me and compelled me to write a negative review.
