★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website hours need updated, and noted appointment only. Apprently this has been in affect since July. Still no website update since then. On a side note if requisition is not faxed directly to them or if you do not have a copy in hand they cannot access requisition forms sent to life labs. They only have a contract with life labs to pick up the blood cultures.
